Shipping

All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse located in Byron Bay.

Australia:

We offer FREE shipping in throughout Australia on orders over $150.

All orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service and takes 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch (due current closed borders between states, any dispatch out of NSW might take up 2 weeks with via Regular Post, we recommd express post).

We also offer Express post for domestic deliveries (only Australia) for $9.90, this takes 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch (free express post on orders over $250).

International Shipping:

We offer FREE international shipping for orders over $290 (AUD). If your order is below than that, please insert your full address at the checkout to get an exact shipping quote. Some countries have a $14 AUD International flat rate. You can select standard  or express post, both with tracking number.

Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes (more info below).

DUE COVID RESTRICTIONS SOME INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES ARE TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED. This situation is out of our control and things are changing every day. Please refer to Australia Post / Coronavirus International Updates to get the lastest updates. 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

⇸ Return must be authorised prior to shipping back to us (see ‘How to Return’ below);

⇸ Item must be received back to our warehouse within 10 days of receipt of original order for Australia / 20 days for international orders;

⇸ Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole or upper-sole markings or scratches;

⇸ Shoe box must also be returned with the shoes in original condition

Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer unless product was received damaged or faulty.

How to Return:

⇸ Firstly, please email us for return authorisation: hello@gaiasouldesigns.com, include your order number, full name on the order and the reason for return

⇸ Once approved, package the item in secure shipping to prevent any damage on transit back to us

⇸ Do not forget to choose shipping with a tracking number for your return shipment, no returns will be admitted without a tracking ID

⇸ In the case of a refund request, the refund will be issued once the package is received and inspected for damage. No refund will be issued if the damage is deemed to be the fault of the purchaser

⇸ In the case of an exchange, upon receipt of your return, your replacement order will be promptly dispatched

Sale Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, unless item was received damaged or faulty. All sales are final.

Customs Duties & Other Fees

Please also be aware that, as the seller, we do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate of duty or VAT.
