Returns

How to Return  
⇸ Refunds are only accepted on original pieces within 6 days after receipt of the order.
⇸ Bank fees, AfterPay fees or PayPay fees are not refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

⇸ Do not forget to secure a tracking number for your return shipment, no returns will be admitted without a tracking ID.
⇸ Refund will be issued once the package is received and inspected for damage. No refund will be issued if the damage is deemed to be the fault of the purchaser. 

Exchanges  

⇸ We won't cover any shipping the cost  (go or back).
⇸ Parcel must have signature on delivery

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

⇸ Domestic (Australia) shipments take between 2 - 5 business days.

⇸ Sent by Australian Post, Express and Signature on delivery.

International Shipping 

⇸ International shipments take between 5 - 15 business days. Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs duty and/ or import taxes. (Not all Countries charge this).

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

⇸ Please also be aware that, as the seller, we do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate of duty or VAT.
